On Wednesday 19th April at 2.45pm, the secretary of state for communities and local government will face questions regarding what the white paper means for the green belt, small- and medium-sized builders, the workforce and skills.
The housing white paper – which was published in February – set out the government’s plans to reform the housing market and increase the number of homes in England.
The committee has been conducting an inquiry into capacity in the housebuilding industry and is due to publish a report in the coming months.
